Product Status — Baseline vs Forecast

Live snapshot of the Airtable tracker. Each bar is built from the six phases' baseline dates (phase-colored, P0→P5). ◆ marks the baseline launch (P5 baseline end); ● marks the forecast (P5 modified completion); the hatched red tail is slippage from baseline to forecast. A green marker shows how far each product is actually done. Grey hatch = a pause. Use the zoom to drill from quarters down to days.

TODAY

Click a product to expand its six phases; click a phase to expand its sub-stages (✓ = done, ○ = pending). Baseline dates are the planned schedule; the forecast is each phase's modified completion date. A pause window is shown as grey hatch and does not count as delay.

Baseline vs planned standard

Two checks: baseline should not exceed the planned V2.2 standard (red Variance (Base − Plan) = over standard); and the actual forecast should not run past the baseline (red Variance (Fc − Base) = forecast past baseline).
